juju has evolved in our understanding of gluten-free cooking and dining out since our son was diagnosed with celiac disease. we’ve been developing recipes that exclude gluten wherever possible, and we maintain strict measures to prevent cross-contamination in the kitchen. we hope our gluten-free guests will enjoy our wide variety of menu options at juju while removing the stress of dining out.
